Hanging ceiling system

Hanging ceiling panel is made from high-strength aluminum alloy and formed through CNC processing. Its width, length, and hanging spacing can be customized according to design requirements.

The surface is available in PVDF or powder coating.

The staggered vertical hanging system creates an open and lightweight 3D ceiling effect. Equipped with a dedicated hanging carrier system, each panel can be removed individually, while the height and layout can be freely adjusted. The panel can also be combined with perforation and carving designs to create artistic ceiling effects.

The product is widely used for decorative ceilings in shopping mall atriums, hotel lobbies, exhibition halls, office lobbies, and other spaces.

3.1 Standard Installation Procedures

1. Elevation Survey & Layout Marking Draw horizontal elevation control lines and baffle arrangement lines according to construction drawings, mark fixed positions of roof expansion bolts and hanging rods to confirm the overall suspended height of the baffle ceiling.

2. Install Hanging Rods & Main Keel Frame Drill expansion anchor bolts on the building roof slab, fix vertical galvanized hanging rods, mount horizontal main light steel keels and repeatedly adjust overall horizontal flatness.

3. Mount Special Snap Hanging Clips Install dedicated aluminum hanging clips under main keels at equal intervals, align clip spacing with the pre-designed gap width of suspended baffles.

4. Sequentially Hang & Lock Baffles Lift each aluminum baffle, hook the top snap edge into the hanging clip and press down to complete locking; install baffles row by row to ensure uniform vertical straightness and consistent gaps between panels.

5. Auxiliary Equipment Matching & Edge Finishing Reserve gaps for linear lamps, air outlets, smoke detectors and sprinklers between baffles; install customized wall angle trim for ceiling perimeter closing.

6. Overall Inspection & Surface Cleaning Check vertical straightness of all baffles, uniform gap width, firm snap connection and intact coating surface; wipe construction dust and residual stains on panels.

3.3 Key Installation Precautions

· Keep all hanging clips at the same horizontal level to avoid tilted and uneven vertical lines of baffles;

· Handle baffles gently during construction to prevent profile deformation, edge bending and coating scratches;

· Ensure full snap locking between baffles and clips; install windproof clips for semi-outdoor projects to prevent falling under wind pressure;

· Reserve reasonable horizontal expansion gaps at baffle joints to eliminate thermal deformation caused by temperature changes.
