Perforated aluminum panel is a kind of architectural decorative panel processed with regular perforations based on regular aluminum panels. Fabricated from aluminum alloy, it features various hole shapes and layouts including round, oval and strip‑shaped holes via precise CNC stamping.
Custom hole patterns and arrangements are available to meet architectural design requirements. While retaining the minimalist metallic surface appearance, it adds rich decorative layers to building facades. Sound‑absorbing materials such as non‑woven fabric or glass wool can be attached to the panel backside for noise reduction.
Finished with PVDF coating or powder coating, the panels are suitable for curtain walls and indoor & outdoor decoration systems. They are widely adopted in high‑end clubs, residential interiors, offices, hospitals, transportation stations, exhibition halls, theatres and other modern buildings.

Base Keel Installation: For exterior wall applications, use galvanized steel square tube keels with a thickness of ≥1.5mm. Arrange the vertical and horizontal keels at a spacing of 600–1200mm strictly according to the construction drawings, and calibrate the flatness and verticality of the keels to ensure the stability of the entire installation system.
Hanger Fixing: Fix the aluminum alloy adjustable hangers to the 20mm folded edge of the panels with stainless steel self-tapping screws. Reserve a sliding adjustment range of ±15mm for the hangers to compensate for the tolerance of civil construction and ensure the flexibility of on-site installation.
Panel Hanging & Calibration: Align the hangers of the panel with the clamping slots of the keels, clamp them in place smoothly, and adjust the flatness of the panel. Ensure the height difference between adjacent panels is ≤1mm, and the overall flatness of the facade is ≤2mm per 2 meters.
Joint Sealing & Waterproofing: Reserve a 10–15mm expansion joint between panels to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction. Fill the joint with a foam backer rod first, then inject weather-resistant silicone sealant to ensure the waterproof performance and structural stability of the curtain wall.
Finished Product Protection: Clean the surface of the installed panels, and take effective finished product protection measures to avoid coating scratches or damage caused by subsequent construction operations.
Flat Panel Dimension Drawing: This drawing marks the overall length and width of the panel, the size of the 20mm installation folded edge, and the layout dimensions of the rear reinforcing ribs, providing a clear size reference for processing and installation.
