Installation Instructions 

1. Base Keel Installation: ≥1.5mm galvanized steel square tube keel is used for exterior walls, vertical and horizontal keels are arranged at 600-1200mm spacing according to drawings to ensure keel flatness and verticality

2. Hanger Fixing: Aluminum alloy adjustable hangers are fixed on the 20mm folded edge of the panel with stainless steel self-tapping screws, with ±15mm sliding adjustment reserved to compensate for civil construction errors

3. Panel Hanging: Align the panel hanger with the keel slot, adjust the flatness after stable clamping, ensure the height difference between adjacent panels ≤1mm, and the overall flatness ≤2mm/2m

4. Joint Sealing: Reserve 10-15mm expansion joint between panels, fill with foam backer rod and inject weather-resistant silicone sealant to ensure waterproof and thermal expansion allowance

5. Finished Product Protection: Clean the panel surface after installation, and do a good job of finished product protection to avoid coating scratches from subsequent construction
